About the Opportunity
A fast-growing dispute resolution firm is hiring a qualified HDR Solicitor into its expanding Housing Disrepair team. The role offers ownership of a litigated caseload alongside real scope to contribute to team development and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- ·Manage a caseload of litigated HDR claims from instruction through to settlement or trial
- ·Draft Letters of Claim, Particulars of Claim, Part 36 offers and other key pleadings
- ·Provide strategic oversight on case progression and litigation tactics
- ·Instruct experts and counsel and analyse expert evidence
- ·Advise clients on liability, quantum and settlement strategy
- ·Support junior team members where required
What We're Looking For
- ·Qualified Solicitor (NQ - 3+ PQE preferred) with HDR or civil litigation exposure to fast-track claims
- ·Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- ·Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- ·Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
