About the Opportunity
A fast-growing dispute resolution firm is expanding its HDR team and is looking for a confident Litigation Executive to run their own caseload of Housing Disrepair claims. The role sits within a modern, values-driven working culture with clear performance rewards.
Responsibilities
- ·Manage a caseload of HDR claims through the litigation process
- ·Draft and issue Letters of Claim, Part 36 offers and proceedings
- ·Instruct experts and counsel within defined timeframes
- ·Review expert reports and prepare settlement proposals
- ·Liaise directly with clients and meet KPIs on settlements and issued claims
What We're Looking For
- ·Minimum 2 years handling litigated HDR or civil litigation matters
- ·Ability to manage your own caseload independently
- ·Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- ·Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
