As part of a strategic expansion of its Court of Protection team, this growing specialist claimant costs firm is seeking a technically strong Court of Protection Costs Draftsperson. There is significant incoming volume in this area and the role is central to the department's continued development.

• ·Draft Court of Protection Bills of Costs
• ·Assist with budgets and Points of Reply
• ·Support negotiations
• ·Manage files independently where appropriate
• ·Work alongside senior consultants on higher-value matters

• ·2 to 3+ years' Court of Protection costs experience, claimant-side only
• ·Ability to run files cradle to grave (or very close to independently)
• ·Budget drafting and Points of Reply exposure
• ·Strong technical drafting competency
• ·Confident drafting skills with strong attention to detail
• ·Keen to develop within a specialist claimant practice
