About the Opportunity

Due to sustained growth and increased Court of Protection and Private Client workload, the firm is appointing a technically strong Costs Consultant to support its expanding specialist teams. The role offers genuine progression within a structured, growing business that prioritises quality over volume.

Responsibilities

·Manage claimant costs files cradle to grave
·Draft Bills of Costs
·Prepare Budgets and draft Points of Reply
·Conduct negotiations
·Work closely with senior consultants on complex matters

What We're Looking For

·3+ years' costs experience, claimant-side only
·Comfortable handling Court of Protection and/or Private Client costs
·Must run files independently
·Strong drafting competency with budgets, Points of Reply and negotiations
·Detail-oriented with strong technical precision
·Commercially aware and client-focused
