A progressive Legal 500 firm in the North of England is hiring a Clinical Negligence Solicitor into its growing Hull team. The department is respected for its work in civil liberties, inquests and public inquiries, and offers real scope for development within a supportive culture.

• ·Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters from instruction through to settlement
• ·Conduct investigations, draft witness statements and liaise with medical experts and counsel
• ·Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and junior fee earners where appropriate
• ·Contribute to firm-wide outreach and business development initiatives

• ·Qualified Solicitor (4-8 years PQE preferred)
• ·Proven experience managing a clinical negligence caseload independently
• ·Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• ·Excellent communication and client handling ability
