A progressive Legal 500 firm is hiring a Chartered Legal Executive into its expanding Clinical Negligence department. Depending on experience, you will either run your own caseload or support senior fee earners on complex matters, with structured support throughout probation and beyond.

• ·Run or assist in managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims
• ·Investigate potential claims and liaise with clients, experts and counsel
• ·Collaborate closely with senior solicitors, paralegals and administrative staff
• ·Contribute to the firm's growth and outreach initiatives

• ·CILEx-qualified with 0-8 years PQE equivalent
• ·Clinical negligence experience (essential)
• ·Ability to manage files or assist on larger matters depending on experience
• ·Collaborative team player with strong organisational and communication skills
