About the Opportunity

A specialist claimant practice is hiring a technically strong Credit Hire Fee Earner into its litigation team. The role sits within a lean, automated workflow designed to shorten case durations and deliver strong commercial outcomes, with a caseload spanning fast-track through to complex multi-track matters.

Responsibilities

  • ·Run RTA credit hire claims through the full litigation lifecycle
  • ·Handle fast-track and complex multi-track cases, including matters requiring multiple medical experts
  • ·Advise on liability and quantum, and prepare for CMCs, CCMCs, interlocutory hearings and trial
  • ·Quantify special damages including loss of earnings and assess basic hire-rate evidence
  • ·Identify and support improvements in operational processes and case workflow efficiency
  • ·Meet operational KPIs while maintaining exceptional client care

What We're Looking For

  • ·Demonstrable credit hire experience, including fraud and fundamental dishonesty allegations
  • ·Claimant or defendant background running fast-track / multi-track litigated caseloads
  • ·Strong working knowledge of the CPR and credit hire case law
  • ·Confident negotiator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ·Ambitious and driven, comfortable working autonomously and in a team
