Our client, a Top 100 UK firm, is hiring a Senior Associate into its London International Divorce and Finance team. The role offers autonomy over your own caseload, involvement in departmental growth and the chance to help supervise and develop junior fee earners alongside the Head of International Divorce.

• ·Run your own caseload of international divorce and financial matters with minimal supervision
• ·Support Partners on complex and high-net-worth mandates
• ·Contribute to and help implement the departmental business plan
• ·Build a personal profile with clients, referrers and internal networks to drive new work
• ·Supervise, coach and delegate to junior fee earners, ensuring quality output
• ·Contribute to pitches, thought leadership and cross-functional initiatives

• ·Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
• ·Substantial experience in international divorce and financial remedy work (essential)
• ·Strong client management skills and a focus on service delivery (essential)
• ·Proven ability to convert BD activity into new business (essential)
• ·Experience managing a small team (desirable)
• ·A credible business plan for growth within the sector (desirable)
