About the Opportunity
Our client, a Top 100 UK firm with a national footprint, is appointing a Partner to join its London Financial Remedy and International Family Law team. The role sits within a broader Family practice of 70+ fee earners and offers real scope to shape strategy, grow revenue and deepen a London-focused network alongside an experienced Head of Department.
Responsibilities
- ·Act as the senior lawyer on the most complex Financial Remedy and international matters
- ·Build and grow a portfolio of clients and referrer relationships across the London market
- ·Support the Head of Department in executing the divisional business plan
- ·Lead thought leadership, pitches and marketing initiatives for the team
- ·Supervise and develop junior fee earners, setting SMART objectives and managing performance
- ·Own financial and non-financial KPIs for your caseload and team
What We're Looking For
- ·Qualified Solicitor with strong Financial Remedy expertise (essential)
- ·Experience of Schedule 1 CA and international / jurisdictional work including Part III (essential)
- ·Exceptional client management and business development skills, with a demonstrable BD conversion track record
- ·A strong professional network, ideally London focused
- ·Private Law Children and ADR qualifications (Arbitration / Mediation / Collaborative Law) desirable
- ·Portable following and business plan desirable
