London (near Monument) Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote 2+ PQE

About the Opportunity
A well-established, family-run firm with offices in London and Norwich is expanding its residential property department. With ambitious growth plans over the next 12-18 months, the firm is hiring a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its London team and grow with the business.
Responsibilities
- ·Independently manage a live caseload of 60-80 residential conveyancing files per month
- ·Deliver 18-20 completions monthly
- ·Handle a 50/50 split of freehold and leasehold transactions
- ·Liaise with clients, estate agents and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
- ·Provide excellent client care and work collaboratively with the team
What We're Looking For
- ·Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing (NQ Solicitors not considered)
- ·Proven ability to handle high-volume caseloads with minimal supervision
- ·Experience across both freehold and leasehold transactions
- ·Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
- ·Committed to long-term career growth within the firm
