About the Opportunity
A modern, well-regarded law firm specialising exclusively in residential conveyancing is hiring a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for its London team of around 30. The firm is known for its personable, client-first approach and strong culture of internal growth - and yes, the office Jack Spaniel is part of the team.
Responsibilities
- ·Manage a personal caseload of 50-60 files covering leasehold and freehold sales, purchases, remortgages and new builds
- ·Take on 15 new instructions per month
- ·Support and guide trainees and paralegals
- ·Deliver approximately 15 completions per month
- ·Provide consistent, high-quality client service from instruction to post-completion
What We're Looking For
- ·Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- ·Prior experience handling a diverse residential caseload independently
- ·Leasehold experience essential
- ·Strong attention to detail and reliability
- ·Collaborative mindset with willingness to support juniors
- ·Dog-friendly a bonus
