About the Opportunity
A long-established North West firm with nine offices and a heritage stretching back to 1791 is hiring a Wills and Probate Solicitor. The firm delivers ambitious growth plans through to 2030 and is nationally recognised for client service, with individually ranked colleagues in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
Responsibilities
- ·Draft and advise on wills, trusts and powers of attorney
- ·Manage the administration of estates including probate applications
- ·Advise on inheritance tax and estate planning
- ·Provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
- ·Build and maintain strong client relationships
- ·Keep up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulation
What We're Looking For
- ·Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with minimum 4 years PQE in wills and probate
- ·Strong knowledge of wills, probate and estate planning
- ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ·Ability to manage a diverse caseload with strong organisational skills
- ·Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of client care
- ·STEP membership advantageous
