About the Opportunity

A nationally recognised claimant practice is appointing a Third-Party Relationship & Operational Excellence Manager into its Pre-Litigation Credit Hire team. The role blends senior stakeholder management - owning insurer and solicitor relationships to accelerate dispute resolution - with operational leadership alongside the Heads of Department.

Responsibilities

  • ·Develop and maintain insurer and solicitor relationships, leading proactive settlement negotiations
  • ·Support the Heads of Department in supervising, mentoring and training fee earners
  • ·Oversee key deadlines to maintain efficiency and compliance
  • ·Evaluate cases and produce case plans to progress matters
  • ·Analyse performance against KPIs and interpret data to identify trends and efficiency gains
  • ·Work with senior managers to shape and roll out technical training plans

What We're Looking For

  • ·Legal background with a strong grasp of motor liability and credit hire claims
  • ·Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills for senior third-party engagement
  • ·Confident data interpretation and case-review ability
  • ·Competent with case management systems and MS Office (including Excel)
  • ·Sound judgement, commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
