About the Opportunity
A nationally recognised claimant practice is appointing a Third-Party Relationship & Operational Excellence Manager into its Pre-Litigation Credit Hire team. The role blends senior stakeholder management - owning insurer and solicitor relationships to accelerate dispute resolution - with operational leadership alongside the Heads of Department.
Responsibilities
- ·Develop and maintain insurer and solicitor relationships, leading proactive settlement negotiations
- ·Support the Heads of Department in supervising, mentoring and training fee earners
- ·Oversee key deadlines to maintain efficiency and compliance
- ·Evaluate cases and produce case plans to progress matters
- ·Analyse performance against KPIs and interpret data to identify trends and efficiency gains
- ·Work with senior managers to shape and roll out technical training plans
What We're Looking For
- ·Legal background with a strong grasp of motor liability and credit hire claims
- ·Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills for senior third-party engagement
- ·Confident data interpretation and case-review ability
- ·Competent with case management systems and MS Office (including Excel)
- ·Sound judgement, commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
