Our client is a Top 100 UK firm with a well-regarded Real Estate practice in Bristol. They are seeking a Senior Associate to work on a broad mix of commercial property matters for institutional and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- ·Manage a varied Real Estate caseload
- ·Advise developers, investors and occupiers
- ·Support the Partner team on complex transactions
- ·Contribute to business development
What We're Looking For
- ·5+ PQE in Real Estate
- ·Experience across acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
