Property Litigation Senior Associate / Legal Director

The Property Litigation team, part of the wider Real Estate group, is made up of specialists recognised in Chambers and the Legal 500. They are keen to hear from solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE looking to further develop their careers in a supportive and progressive environment where they can help supervise and mentor Associates.

• ·Advise on landlord and tenant portfolio management including lease renewals, rent review, dilapidations and break notices
• ·Advise on option agreements, easements and restrictive covenants
• ·Assist residential developer clients with land purchase and vacant possession strategies
• ·Handle mortgage repossessions
• ·Build and develop new and existing client relationships
• ·Supervise more junior members of the team

• ·Minimum 5 years' PQE within a specialist property litigation team dealing with commercial clients
• ·Experience across a variety of landlord and tenant issues
• ·Solid training and ability to manage a busy caseload immediately
• ·Desire to supervise and help manage the team
• ·Excellent client service skills
• ·Motivated, commercially minded team player, calm under pressure
