Personal Injury Litigator, Cycling & Complex Injury

We are supporting a well-established Legal 500 claimant law firm, ranked in the leading independent legal directories, with the appointment of Personal Injury Litigators into its new Complex Injury Cycling team. The firm acts for clients nationwide across Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Clinical and Professional Negligence, Credit Hire, Housing Disrepair, Group Actions and Public Inquiries, and sits within a wider listed group that includes the UK's leading cycling accident management business. That relationship delivers a consistent, direct flow of high-quality cycling instructions. This is a team being built, not a seat being filled: the firm has invested in three new Business Development Managers across different UK regions and expects a significant rise in cycling and accident management cases. You will join early, in a small specialist team, with a real chance to shape how it grows. Applications are welcome from NQ solicitors through to 3+ PQE, as well as experienced PI fee earners. Cycling experience is not essential.

• ·Manage your own caseload of cycling-related personal injury claims, primarily road traffic collisions, across Fast Track and Multi-Track
• ·Progress files from instruction through to settlement, with high standards of accuracy and client service
• ·Assess liability and quantum, gather evidence and prepare clear, well-structured documentation
• ·Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties to move cases forward efficiently
• ·Work alongside senior colleagues on more complex and high-value matters
• ·Maintain excellent file management, compliance and professional standards
• ·Contribute ideas and knowledge as the team grows, helping to build its reputation for road justice and client care

• ·Personal injury litigation experience: NQ to 3+ PQE solicitors, or experienced PI fee earners
• ·Exposure to both Fast Track and Multi-Track claims
• ·A genuine interest in cycling, road justice and supporting vulnerable road users
• ·Cycling claims or credit hire and accident management experience is a bonus, but not a requirement
• ·Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a client-focused approach
• ·The ability to manage a busy caseload while working well within a team
• ·Full right to work in the UK

• ·Salary of £30,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
