About the Opportunity
A growing regional law firm with a well-established housing litigation practice is expanding its Private Client offering and is hiring a Head of Private Client to lead the department. The role combines a full technical caseload with real strategic responsibility for growth, business development and team development.
Responsibilities
- ·Lead and develop the firm's Private Client department
- ·Manage a caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and related matters
- ·Drive growth through networking, relationship building and business development
- ·Attend events, meet referral partners and build local community relationships
- ·Support and mentor junior team members
What We're Looking For
- ·Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Private Client professional
- ·Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, estate administration and LPAs
- ·Demonstrable interest in business development and networking
- ·Commercial mindset with a desire to help grow a department
