About the Opportunity
A specialist personal injury firm is hiring a Head of Pre-Litigation to lead a developing team while running a personal caseload of complex files. The role is pivotal: you will improve structure, performance and outcomes across the department.
Responsibilities
- ·Lead and structure the pre-litigation team
- ·Manage a personal caseload including complex files
- ·Supervise, mentor and develop fee earners
- ·Improve productivity, billing performance and process compliance
- ·Reduce errors and strengthen oversight
What We're Looking For
- ·Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
- ·Strong claimant PI pre-litigation experience
- ·Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
- ·Leadership or supervisory experience with the ambition to step further into leadership
