About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded Corporate team as a Legal Director. Applications are welcomed from current Corporate Legal Directors or experienced Senior Associates already operating at a more senior level. The team have been the most active dealmakers in the region for the last 5 years with deals in excess of £100m.

Responsibilities

  • ·Manage your own caseload and client relationships
  • ·Deliver high value and complex matters with limited, if any, partner input
  • ·Work with a wide-ranging client base including OMBs, large corporates and PLCs
  • ·Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development
  • ·Supervise and support the development of junior team members
  • ·Contribute to team projects and firm-wide initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • ·Experienced senior corporate lawyer at Legal Director or senior Senior Associate level
  • ·Technical specialist across M&A, private equity investments, buyouts, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance
  • ·Proven track record supervising and developing junior team members
  • ·Ideally engaged in networking and business development activity
  • ·Motivated, commercially minded team player, calm under pressure
  • ·Able to work equally well autonomously and collaboratively
