About the Opportunity

A forward-thinking regional firm with nine offices and 110 colleagues across the North West is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor in Clitheroe. The firm holds an impressive client portfolio and is committed to growth, innovation and career development.

Responsibilities

  • ·Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
  • ·Advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters with commercially viable, tailored solutions
  • ·Research and analyse documents and case law
  • ·Lead negotiations and draft contracts, leases and other legal documents
  • ·Provide strategic advice on property investments and portfolio management
  • ·Develop and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
  • ·Manage time recording and billing targets
  • ·Supervise, train, coach and mentor trainees, paralegals and support staff
  • ·Contribute to business development, networking and represent the firm at industry events

What We're Looking For

  • ·Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE
  • ·Current practising certificate with no conditions
  • ·Experience across a range of commercial property matters (acquisitions, disposals, leases, development)
  • ·Strong research, analysis and drafting skills
  • ·Excellent client and colleague relationship skills
  • ·Case management systems experience desirable
  • ·Full clean driving licence desirable
